Once downloaded and installed press the 'run' button. Navigate with the mouse through the time line. Pressing the 'shift' key while roller will expand/condense the timeline

Open the downloaded .xWS install file with Workspace.exe. (located Synapx/_bin...)
A .xWS file is a zip file with a workspace xml header, (works with Windows, MAC and Linux).
